  • Survey Facilitators (Surveyors): Name, surname, email, company name, and account-related data.
  • Automatically Collected Data: IP address via $_SESSION[‘REMOTE_ADDR’] for authentication and session tracking.
  • Cookies and Analytics: Google Analytics is used on our marketing pages (not within surveys) to track website performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process personal data for the following purposes:
  • Survey Analysis: We analyze survey responses to generate reports.
  • Benchmarking Data: We share comparative Likert scale slider responses with surveyors as a benchmarking tool.
  • User Authentication & Integrity Protection: We use IP addresses to prevent fraudulent survey responses.
  • Survey Invitations & Communication: Surveyors can send invitations to participants.
  • Marketing Communications: Surveyors (facilitators) may receive marketing emails, with an option to opt out.
  • Transactional Emails: Participants receive notifications related to survey completion and participation.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We share data with the following third parties:
  • ChatGPT API (for AI-driven survey analysis) – survey response data is shared for automated insights.
  • Stripe (for payment processing) – company details are shared for billing and transactions.
  • Survey Facilitators (Surveyors) – Likert scale slider responses are shared as comparative data for benchmarking.Free text responses are not shared. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:
  • Survey Data & Participant Information: Stored for up to 1 year after survey completion.
  • Surveyor Account Data: Retained as long as the account is active.
  • Marketing & Communication Preferences: Stored until the user opts out.

  • Survey Participants: Only receive transactional survey-related emails.

We do not currently allow underage users (under 18) to participate in surveys.
